All approved returns are issued as store credit only— we do not refund the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return process
Email us within 3 days of delivery
Write to us at mamatriedboutiquehelp@gmail.com to request approval.
Include your details
Add your name and order number in the email.
Ship quickly after approval
Once approved, your return must be postmarked within 3 business days of our response.
Allow time for processing
After we receive your return, allow up to 10 business days for processing. Store credit will be added to your account.
Keep your tracking number — we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Return limits
- Customers may make up to 6 returns per calendar year.
- After 6 returns, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- We may refuse returns from accounts with a return rate over 30% (including canceled orders).
- If you are unsure about your return status, email us before sending anything back.
Final sale items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, clearance, or marked-down items
- Doorbusters and One & Done items
- Leggings and undergarments
- Bralettes
- Hats, beanies, and scarves
- Shoes
- Jewelry and sunglasses
- Mystery items
- Any purchase made using store credit
